Where the hell am I for what I need?
Is Best Buy / Wal-Mart, etc. only sell the charger for my camera?
Is there a universal charger for camera batteries that I can buy?
I use anything with a transfer from eBay or online.
Help for a girl!

Call Panasonic and see if you can get a replacement from them. I do not want a generic battery charger, as this could ruin the battery or even fire.
