  1. Various means.

First, you can have a small hole in the membrane undneth their carbueretor. Inspeact from carbohydrates and diaphragm. Brake lights and see if there is a hole.
The next problem may be clogged drain tube into the carburetor. Simply run a thin wire through, and will be deleted.
The pther is a gas venting layer are blocked.
If water is run into the tank, how well can.

A 4CV is Birggs car is good to go .... lol

  2. I had this problem when my car died in the carburetor. I think the governor was not calibrated for the limited supply of fuel.

I check the float in the carburetor. If it is wrong, I would replace the float and needle. In addition to the packaging is damaged. Photos take while attending. Trys I needed to get a few seconds to the Governor sources correctly.

  3. They have taken a bit of dirt in the carburetor ..... What you need to know what engine manufacturer ..... by adjusting the main needle can be resolved.

  5. First you clean the tank outside. Removing it can, if you can not have a carburetor cleaner. Pour all the old fuel filter in a box (through a cloth or paper towel to see what you're in your tank.) Carb Squirt enough. Cleaner in the tank, so you can paddle, then pay off the tank of compressed air. (Be sure to wear goggles). Install Fill the tank with fresh fuel. If this is not the solution to the problems back to me ...
