Sorry Scanner Could Not Be Initialized Trying To Connect A HP Scanjet 2200 Scanner?

Trying to connect a HP Scanjet 2200 Scanner? - sorry scanner could not be initialized

Hello!

We installed the whole CD, and get the "Congratulations on the successful installation of" tick of approval, but when you open the program, which reads as follows:

"Sorry, scanner could not be initialized (Scanner not found)."
Error message.

Can someone help pleeeeeeeasee!

  1. Did you follow the installation instructions axactly the scanner was connected or disconnected when you ran the installation CD. It was time for me, but I know that some applications do not connect the device to a certain point in the installation

    If not
    Click Start
    Click Control Panel
    Click Printers and Other Hardware
    Click Scanners and Cameras

    Top left panel
    Click on an imaging device

    The installation wizard is running, follow the instructions.

  2. Make sure the cable to the computer and scanner to remove and reconnect using firm. Thus we see that the scanner is turned on, see the LED if necessary.
